Refund Policy
At Mixshades, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, as a dropshipping business, our refund policy is subject to the policies of our suppliers.
- Eligibility: We offer refunds on products that are damaged or defective upon arrival and if the supplier's policy allows for it.
- Timeframe: You must request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Process: To request a refund, please contact us at support@diyminiatures.store with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective product. We will then contact our supplier to determine if a refund is possible.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method if approved by the supplier.
- Exceptions: We cannot offer refunds for reasons such as "changed my mind," "found it cheaper elsewhere," or "didn't like the product," unless the supplier's policy allows for it.
- Supplier Discretion: The final decision on whether or not to issue a refund rests with our supplier. We will advocate for our customers, but we are bound by the supplier's policies.
