- Eligibility: Due to the nature of our products (DIY miniature kits) and our dropshipping business model, we generally do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival and the supplier's policy allows for returns.
- Process for Damaged/Defective Items: If your product is damaged or defective, please follow the refund process outlined above.
- Return Shipping: If a return is authorized by the supplier, you may be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fees: Some suppliers may charge restocking fees for returned items. These fees will be deducted from your refund.
- Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges.
